My old Matrix Online clan is getting together on TOR. Since MxO died a death we've never really been together in a game and this seems like a great one to re-unite is. Problem is, since the days of the red and blue pills, I've eschewed PCs for iMacs and MacBook Pros.
Does anyone play this in a VM, and what's the performance like? My iMac is the 27' 'all-options-ticked' model (maybe not quite the best GPU) - SSD, 20GB RAM, etc.

Run Windows-based Programs on a Mac
CrossOver 11.0.0 Using the unsupported build for swtor CrossOver Nightly Build PCLinusOS running Star Wars: The Old Republic under Crossover's new unsupported build. MacOS 10.7 (Lion) Crossover Games 10.1.1 The game install but unfortunately freezes at startup, can't get to play screen. Got my Mac today, runs great with all games so I'm hoping I'll get SWTOR to work with either CrossOver or Bootcamp. I am very aware of the differences between Macs and PCs, and personally I prefer Macs over PCs. Although I bought my Mac with gaming in mind, the main reason I got it is for music recording and publishing.

- So, when this program runs, it runs really well! I have no issues logging in! I just can't get it passed the initial loading screen. I don't know WHY it won't work, and I can't find any fixes for this.
